So as promised here's the update on my biogentic Hormone thearpy. So, it's been about three or four months now and things are great except that I've made the decision to only take the progesterone once a week because I began having bloating and headaches not mention some soreness in my pelvic region. However, the estrogen is working it's magic, no hot flashes, no night sweats, and my favorite no weight gain.
I'm going to keep you posted for my check up is coming up soon and I'll be telling you how the visit went and if the symptoms from the progesterone are temporary or if my body is rejecting it. It is important for us with Endometriosis to take progesterone with the estrogen for the estrogen alone can make the endo implants become active again and we all know we don't want that.
