Hello Beauties,
So, the past few days has been a real Pain....I think my flare could be due to I had late night studying for an exam and it has been a downward hill since then. I used all my techniques and the only one that worked was elevating my legs and not moving for awhile.
It was a Netflix and Rest day and evening for Sure.
Then a migraine came and boy oh boy pain on top of pain....
Today feeling somewhat better.
How have you beauties been and share your techniques to relieve pain?
