After having your uterus, cervix, tubes and ovaries removed so that the Endometriosis won't grow back; research over the years has indicated it can grow back and attack the lungs, heart and even travel to the brain. So, this disease attacks the soft tissue organs in our bodies. As we hope for it not spreading it is a possibilty. I wrote this so that all my fellow women suffering from this disease will and are well informed due to your doctor may not tell you all the ends and outs. Please note this is not to freak you out because walking this path is stressful enough, I only again want to inform.
